We’re excited to partner with the Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy (LJLA) to support the inclusion of persons with and in this prestigious public leadership program!

About the Fellowship:

• 1-year, fully paid leadership development program
• Serve as a Special Assistant to a Lagos State Government official
• Intensive training, mentorship, and policy experience
• Open to passionate young Nigerians committed to public service

✅General Eligibility Criteria: To qualify, applicants must:
1. Be a Nigerian citizen
2. Be aged 25–35 years
3. Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND
4. Possess at least 2 years of work experience
5. Have completed NYSC or hold an exemption certificate
6. For civil servants: Be on Grade Level 8–12

Additional Consideration for Applicants with Disabilities:
• At least 2 years of verifiable volunteering experience
