2020 highlighted the importance of slowing down, unplugging and resting🙇🏿♀️.
After years of creating space for support and encouragent on our personal wellness/fitness judgment through our non-judgmental community, we decided to host a wellness retreat for our wonderful FeetQueens. 💜💜💜
We camped ✅
We exercised✅
We stretched ✅
We talked✅
We meditated✅
We slowed down✅
We had fun✅
We danced ✅
We bonded✅
We rested✅
We created our 2022 Mood Board✅
There was yummy and nutritious healthy food prepared by , we shipped in some good good and we collectively rejoiced in having the space to embrace our inner peace. 🧘♀️
Big thanks to our lovely host for being so warm and making us feel safe 🥰
