We intentionally curated the menu to reflect our rich culture and heritage with a modern twist and got some of the best culinary experts to handle.
We had interesting array of canapes and crunches ranging from:
-Honey beans infused with fish and plantain served on a toasted agegebread topped with aganyin sauce
-Fura Nunu parfait cup
-Boli served with spicy mackerel fish sauce,
-Pepper puf puff topped with zobo jam,
-Akara
-Edible worms and kpokpo gaari
-Garden eggs and usorgi
-Chinchin,Kokoro,Balewa,Coconut,Donkua,Ekana gowon,Sisi pelebe,Kulikuli,Nuts,Gburundi, Plaintainchips,Baba dudu,etc
