Whatever job you are involved in at the moment, ask yourself, "Who or what is it turning me into?". Forget for a moment, "what you are getting in it - which mostly is the income," and focus on the big picture, "Who am I becoming or what are my experiences here turning me into?"....very important! Ideally, it should be helping you become a better person. If it's otherwise, you might want to start putting in place gradually an exit plan!
