"IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS… UNTIL IT BECOMES YOUR BUSINESS!"

The 7th edition of our live podcast event was filled with practical, eye-opening examples of what ableism truly looks like. So much so that one of our guests committed ableism while speaking against it.

That right there is why you need to make sure every single one of your contacts sees this.

Drop a comment telling us about a time you unknowingly committed ableism. And if you're standing with us in calling it out, write "Never again" in the comments.

It's our time of reckoning.

🎙️ Topic continued from last edition: "Ableism – A silent but devastating discrimination that many Africans know nothing about (yet are often guilty of). Is banishing ignorance the key to stopping it?"

Special Guests:
Returning from the last edition:

1. – Adebolu Adejobi (Stage 2 ataxic cerebral palsy)
2. – Owen Michael Ayameh, Esq.

New guest:

3. – Nkechi Ofili (Nigerian wheelchair model, disability inclusion advocate, founder of Ephaphata Hope Foundation)

Surprise pop-up guest:

4. Sammy Cole – Comedian with cerebral palsy

…and that emotion turned into action.

These are women who lead boardrooms, shape policies, and lift communities, yet many admitted they had never truly considered how water could be the key to their own longevity, grace, and power.

From the desire to loose weight to chronic pain and postural fatigue, from safety fears around water to the silent weight of always pouring into others, our Founder met hearts that were ready to heal. The message landed not as theory, but as permission. Permission to prioritize regeneration. Permission to step into the water and reclaim what burnout had stolen.

Because a woman who heals herself doesn't stop leading, she leads better.

The full conversation, including practical insights on how aquatic therapy works and why every professional woman needs a hydrotherapist on her wellness team, is now on our YouTube page (link in bio).
