The idea to establish WHITE STEPS EMPIRE was conceived by some far-sighted Nigerian ENTREPRENEURS,INVESTORS,INVENTORS,STUDENTS AND TRAVELERS as a response to the series of TRADES,EXPORTING, INTERNATIONAL EXAMS AND TRAVEL ABROAD inquiries received during their transactions missions to AMERICA, EUROPE, ASIA, AND AFRICA COUNTRIES as well as the subsequent ones to the States of New York, Georgia and Pennsylvania in the United States of America.
