OBJECTIONS ARE HOLDING 100 OF YOUR CUSTOMERS OOOOOO!!!!

Oya close your eyes for one minute and think deeply about this question.

"Imagine that Mrs Obolo is your ideal target customer, and she has heard severally about your product and she has the money to afford it and she has the need for it. What reasons will she have not to buy your product? What are those reasons holding her back?"

Those reasons are called Objections.

Customer Objections are concerns or hesitations that potential customers have.

While doing your marketing, you must ensure to address these objections.

Here's an example -

There is a local Igbo food called Ukwa.
I love Ukwa.

A lady on Facebook sells Ukwa.
I have known for many years that she sells it.
I have seen her advertising many many times.
I have the money to buy ukwa
I love Ukwa and I want to eat ukwa
But yet, I never bought from her.

Do you know why I never bought?
My biggest objection - Ukwa has a very long cooking time and some ukwa that are badly de-shelled never get cooked even if you cook forever.

So I stay clear of buying ukwa from anyone, unless recommended by my mum (how silly)

Guess what?

One day, the lady put up an objection post that addressed my concern.

She wrote a post about how her Ukwa cooks in 30 minutes because she uses a special process to remove the shell.

Jisos!!!
She spoke to me.

I ordered 5 packs that day.

She broke the chains of objection that was holding me.

So, I want to ask you.
