We live in a time where real estate investment is appreciating by the day ... you cannot afford to 'siddon look '.it is too costly .
A friend of mine bought a property for 900k just two years ago somewhere in lekki ,. the property today is about 4m .
Also the cost of renting apartment has also sky rocketted.. 3 bedroom apartment is now going for 1.5m( or more depending on th location) for rent per annum...
