Story time...

7 years ago I embarked on my journey as an edtech professional and entrepreneur, it has been a rollercoaster of challenges and growth.

At one point, I faced a pivotal failure that reshaped my perspective and fueled my evolution, and growth journey.

Here are some lessons I have learned over time, that never seem like something to learn from when I started.

1. Failure: (embrace failure) It's not the end; it's a lesson. My setback became a setup for a greater comeback. Personal reflection and intentional journaling were ways i kept track of what to reflect on and how to learn from them.

2. Adaptability: In the dynamic world of edtech, being adaptable to change is not a choice but a necessity. One thing I kept saying along this journey was "flexibility breeds innovation" this helped me not just to see my self as a software engineer but also helped me adapt and yield to a deeper purpose.

3. Resilience Pays Off: Indeed while waiting for a new phase or outcome, you might doubt this, however, I have learned that the essence of resilience is not for the success on the other side, but the capacity developed with the exercise "Resilience".

Success is often on the other side of resilience and so during an exercise of resilience, focus on building capacity. Every setback is a setup for a greater comeback.
