Truly enjoyed our "Successful Team Dynamics" workshop yesterday. Thanks to our co-facilitators Nevin McConnell and Jasmin Pamukcu for nailing it, and Dovetail's SF team for all the ways in which they showed up!

Container creation is everything, and so for every workshop – *especially* our Team Dynamics workshop series – we spend a good chunk of time discussing:

✔️ What the groups’ desired outcomes are for the day
✔️ How they themselves are willing to participate
✔️ What they expect of each other

This is collaborative & co-creative. We write out the outcomes & agreements on a sheet of paper so folks can be reminded throughout the day what they are committed to.

This pays in dividends and goes a *long* way to build trust, grow psychological safety, and invite vulnerability (the things we care about most!).
