Here are 3 ways teachers can maximize this break without burnout

Rest Intentionally: Prioritize sleep, relaxation, and activities that bring you joy. A well-rested teacher is a more effective teacher!

Reflect on Progress: What went well during the last half term break? What needs improvement? Take time to document your wins and areas for growth.

Recharge for Growth: Read a book, listen to a podcast, or take an online course that fuels your personal and professional development. The best teachers are lifelong learners!
