Watching you grow into this strong, beautiful, and intelligent young woman has been nothing short of incredible. You’re not just my sister—you’re my role model, my safe place, and sometimes even my best friend (even when you’re acting bossy 😄).

⚽I just remembered how my son Sochikaimaking disliked this Christmas 🎁🎄 eyeglasses 🤓. He said they looked awkward 🥶.

⚽After so much convincing and trying to show him the beauty of it, he finally agreed to wear them—but only for pictures 😔🖼️. Ijeuwa 😝

⚽Then I realized something… I’m actually like that too. I can easily turn down beautiful offers if they don’t align with my personality or values.
And don’t even get me started on his picky eating habits 😩. Sometimes it really annoys me. But then I remembered that growing up,

⚽I gave my mom and my big sister
(who I was living with at the time) a very tough time because I refused to eat many types of food 🥝. Our Adanne’s mother-in-law blessed memory even nicknamed me Esikwata “picky eater.”

⚽I was just 8–9 years old oo 🤣.
Life has a funny way of reminding us that our children sometimes mirror us in ways we never expected.

Back-to-School Prayer for Our Children 🙏🏻
Heavenly Father.

We thank You for the gift of our children and for the opportunity of a new school term. As they return to school, we commit them into Your loving hands.

Lord, go before them and prepare their paths. Grant them wisdom to learn, understanding to grow, and discipline to excel. Let their minds be sharp, their hearts be calm, and their spirits be confident.

Protect them from harm, fear, bullying, bad influences, and every form of danger. Surround them with good friends, caring teachers, and a healthy learning environment.
May they find joy in learning, courage to ask questions, and strength to overcome challenges. Let excellence, favor, and success follow them wherever they go.

We pray that they grow not only in knowledge but also in character—kind, respectful, confident, and God-fearing.
Thank You, Lord, for watching over them daily.
We trust You with their future.
