Sequel to the recent research made on the reasons why fresh graduates unemployment rate in the country are so high, we have discovered as part of the major among all other causes that many fresh graduates cannot drive vehicles. More so, research has proven it further that employer preferred to employ fresh graduate who can drive against the one who cannot drive because it would be more cost effect
ive for them. It is therefore on this note that Innovative logistic & transport, hereby came up with proposed on-camp and post-camp training in a bid to equip them before the end of their service year. Specifically, Innovative logistic & transport ltd; a wholly indigenous company incorporated under the company and allied matter Acts, 1990, to among all other things engaged in the training of drivers. We are strategically positioned in Nigeria under the authority of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) to give intensive and qualitative training in driving using a robust curricular, training facilities and state of the art multimedia equipment necessary for the development of novice, professional and occupational drivers. Our training team comprises of accredited and highly experienced instructors and reputable resource personalities from the academia and business world, who’s instructional and presentational skills afford the best opportunity for the development of the skills and minds of a driver. We dedicate separate sessions for classroom trainings, indoor simulator training and in-vehicle for a complete development of the aptitudes required for safe and quality driving. We utilize the best and most modern array of driver education and training tools available anywhere in the world, some of which include;
