To make this quantity of soya beans powder for your baby, you’ll be needing 👇

1 paint soya beans
Half paint dry tiger nut
1 and half derica of groundnut
Half paint dates
8 pieces of unripe plantain
1 bottle of cashew nuts
1 derica crayfish
Half derica dry prawns

Make sure all ingredients are well dried before grinding to avoid it from growing molds and also to help it last long

This quantity lasts us for almost 3 moths
