We started Edufice Academy to furnish and equip young people with the skills and values needed to unleash their potentials and become all they were created to be. We had a most successful LIVE workshop last Sunday and we will be having another one this Sunday.

Familiarity breeds contempt! This is always the case. If you truly believe that you are a bundle of value, you will protect yourself with the veil of scarcity. Because no matter how important a thing is, the moment it becomes abundantly available, it starts being treated like a mere tissue paper. Stop giving people unrestrained access to your presence! Learn when to be available, and when not to be. Even God hides Himself in LIGHT!

People will put on you, the same degree of value you put on yourself. They will see you the same way you see yourself. This is why I talk about myself alot. Because I am a PASSIONATE AND AN ARDENT BELIEVER in my brand! You talk about other people, their words of wisdom, their experiences, their history, their achievements and so on. But you NEVER talk about yourself! COULD IT BE THAT YOU DON'T TRULY THINK YOU ARE WORTH ANYTHING? MIGHT IT BE THAT YOU DON'T BELIEVE YOU'RE VALUABLE? MIGHT IT BE THAT YOU DON'T REALLY BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, YOUR ABILITIES, GIFTS, EXPERIENCES, EXPERTISE, KNOWLEDGE etc.?

You promote other people! You talk about how powerful they're! But you don't talk about YOU? And you think you're being humble, but you're CHEATING yourself tremendously! If you don't believe in YOU, why should I? If you don't talk about YOU, why should I? And if you don't talk about YOU, how will people know your abilities, strengths, expertise, achievements, knowledge and wisdom? If they don't know those things, how will they give you opportunities? How will they give you jobs, investments and work? IF DAVID HAD NOT PROMOTED, ADVERTISED AND MARKETED HIMSELF TO KING SAUL, HOW WOULD SAUL HAVE KNOWN THAT DAVID COULD KILL GOLIATH?

And if David hadn't killed Goliath, how would he have been announced to the entire nation of Israel? And if he hadn't been announced to the nation of Israel, how would he have become King? You see, religion blinds people's eyes. It keeps them in darkness, in a false humility! That's why they remain broke, poor, defeated, frustrated, disillusioned, disappointed and discouraged! I didn't start SELF-BRANDING, David did! You must promote and market yourself because NOBODY WILL DO THAT FOR YOU, NOT EVEN GOD! It's your responsibility!

Trust is the most important asset you have as an entrepreneur or a business person. When you understand this vital commodity, you can turn it into millions and billions of dollars. The only reason people buy from you is because they trust you. If they don't trust you or your product, they won't buy from you.

I see people who squander the trust people have in them, all because of money. See, there will come a time in life when you will seek to be trusted but will have no one trust you. At that point, you will realise you are doomed.

Don't you dare squander trust! And you squander trust through the sale of poor products, or through bad customer services. You also squander trust by running away with people's money. You're a joker if you think you'll become a billionaire that way. Even the earth will reject you.

You will work more, doing your own businesses, than you will working as an employee. As an employee, you will most likely be doing 9 to 5, but as a business owner it is 7 to 10pm or 12 midnight (Of course, there are moments of break.) But it's still very intense. Many times, you have to wake up early or stay up late to work. This is usually the case until you have become well established.

There's no boss watching you perform. What's supervising you is the determination to build something powerful, to create wealth, to establish and develop a value-generating system upon the earth. This new boss is even more powerful, authoritative, and demanding than the former boss.

This new boss doesn't take s**t. He doesn't accept "Good enough!" He is always asking for the best — not your best but THE BEST! And he doesn't take no for an answer! He is a slave-driver. And he is very hard, tough and unfeeling! But it's a boss like him that can bring out the best in you and cause you to unleash all of your vast potentials! You may not like him that much, but you like the result he's leading would produce.

If you want to establish something powerful upon the earth, something ominous, something gigantic, you can't settle for "Good Enough" and you need a real slave-driver. That slave-driver can ONLY BE YOU! There's NOBODY that can drive you that hard that you'd accept. You'd rebel vehemently. But you can't rebel against yourself. And that's why you are the best slave-driver.
