Any agreement transferring foreign technology to a Nigerian party must be registered with the National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP) within 30 days of ex*****on. Failure to register the agreement attracts strict prohibition on remittance of payments due under the agreement to a foreign party.
