Many teens are writing Post Utme barely two weeks after back to back WAEC and Neco exams.

The pressure is unnecessary and unhealthy.

The future of work will not reward how quickly you obtained a degree or diploma it would reward transversal skills much of which our schools are not calibrated to deliver.

Plan a structured gap year for your kid and help him prepare for a non routine future.

Let us not constrict the growth space of young people. A gap year is a critical part of the growth process. Lets not allow peer pressure and need to " keep up with Jones" on our bragging rights hurt how our young evolve.
