RESPONSIBILITIES

Sell loan products and meet loan set targets.

Perform business development tasks, including managing the pipeline by generating leads and referrals and maintaining relationships with existing clients

Meet and communicate with applicants to explain the loan terms and conditions as well as the rises and benefits.

Obtain relevant information and evaluate the applicant's financial capability, including credit history, debt-to-income ratio to determine a recommendation for loan approval.

Collect and review all needed supporting loan documentation and originate and close quality loan volume through sales and marketing activities.

Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to restore them.


Requirements and skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work with a team and independently.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation

Minimum of ND/NCE and very proactive in nature and dogged

Ability to foresee problems and proffer solutions.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

0-2 years’ experience at maximum.
