Most people hear “Layer 1” and “Layer 2” and think it’s complicated technical jargon.

It’s not.

Think of it like this:

Ethereum (Layer 1) is like the main highway, secure, powerful, but sometimes crowded and expensive.

Base (Layer 2) is like an express lane built on top of that highway, same destination, faster movement, lower cost.

That’s the power of layers in Web3.

They’re not just technical architecture.

They solve real user problems:

✓ Lower fees
✓ Faster transactions
✓ Better scalability
✓ Easier onboarding for new users

And this is why I always say:

Don’t just talk about Web3.

Use it.

Because some of the best lessons in this space don’t come from reading…

They come from pressing “confirm” and learning what happens next.
