*Job Overview:*

We are seeking a personable and meticulous Receptionist to become an integral part of our clinic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, delivering exemplary customer service and administrative support to facilitate seamless operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Extend a warm welcome to patients and visitors, ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Respond to telephone inquiries and address questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments with precision.- Maintain and update patient records and other clinic documentation diligently.
- Efficiently manage patient check-ins and check-outs.
- Address billing and insurance inquiries with expertise.
- Ensure that the reception area is organized and inviting.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as required.

*Qualifications*

- High school diploma or its equivalent; additional certification in office administration is advantageous.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a comparable administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in the use of office equipment (e.g., computers, printers, telephones).
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures is a distinct advantage.-
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
