AT THE EARLY AGE OF 19, ELLAH C. YOUNG, the Visioneer and President of this Commission encountered the Epikaizo(Supernatural) Presence of God after being ministered to by His God-Father, Snr. Joshua at the SCOAN, Lagos, Nigeria. He has since carried the Healing, Deliverance and Prophetic Grace of Our Lord Jesus Christ which led to the inception of this Glorious Ministry to establish the Government of Heaven on Earth.
