SERVICE DELIVERY: RG CAC READS RIOT ACT TO SOFTWARE PROVIDER

In a bid to address growing customers complaints and challenges, the Corporate Affairs Commission today held an emergency meeting with its software service provider.

Speaking during the meeting which lasted for 3 hours, the Registrar-General/CEO of the CAC, Hussaini Ishaq Magaji, SAN expressed deep dissatisfaction with what he called poor performance by the service provider.

Hussaini Ishaq Magaji emphasized that the development was negatively impacting on the Commission’s track record of effective service delivery.

The Registrar-General who shared the pains of customers maintained that they deserve effortless and seamless transactions hence the Commission would no longer tolerate excuses.

“The era of excuses is over, it’s either performance or exit” Magaji added.

He therefore rolled out strict performance standards with a firm ultimatum to achieve full stabilization of the CAC portal without further delay.
