Water was before creation

A man got trapped in his home during a flood. As the water rises, he prays to God for help. Shortly after, a neighbor comes by in a boat and offers to rescue him, but the man declines, saying, "I'm waiting for God to save me."

As the floodwaters continue to rise, a rescue team arrives in a helicopter and urges the man to climb aboard. Again, he refuses, stating, "I'm waiting for God to save me."

Tragically, the man drowns as the waters keep rising. In the afterlife, he confronts God, expressing anger and confusion. He asks why God didn't save him. God replies, "I sent you a boat and a helicopter; what more were you waiting for?"
