strongly condemns the refusal to comply with a court order by the Department of State Services (DSS),

which has failed to return Walida to her parents

following allegations that a DSS officer abducted her.

❗ This incident is not just a violation of one person’s rights,

it is a threat to the freedom of every citizen.

⚖️ If court orders are not respected, what law will protect the common people?

If a child is separated from her parents, who will accept such injustice?

Silence is not the solution — justice must prevail!

We urgently call on all relevant stakeholders to:

Immediately comply with the court order
Return Walida to her parents without delay
Punish anyone found involved in this matter
Justice delayed is justice denied!
