Kayan Hadi (Ingredients)
Shinkafa – kofi 2
Kwai – guda 5–6
Tumatir – guda 5 manya ko tin 1
Attarugu – guda 2–3 (gwargwadon yadda kake so)
Albasa – guda 2
Tattasai – guda 2
Man gyada ko mai girki – ½ kofi
Maggi/seasoning – 2 cube
Gishiri – gwargwado
Curry powder – 1 teaspoon
Thyme – ½ teaspoon
Yadda Ake Yi (Preparation Method)
Mataki na 1: Dafa Shinkafa
1. Ki wanke shinkafar ki da kyau.
2. Ki tafasa ruwa, sai ki zuba shinkafar ki, ki ƙara ɗan gishiri.
3. Ki bari ta dahu sosai, sannan ki sauke ki ajiye.
Mataki na 2: Dafan Kwai
1. Ki tafasa ruwa a tukunya.
2. Ki saka ƙwai ki bari su tafasa na mintuna 10.
3. Bayan sun dahu, ki kwashe, ki kwashe fatar su (peeling).
4. Za ki iya barin su a cikinsu gaba É—aya ko ki yanka su biyu k**ar yadda aka nuna a hoton.
Miya (Egg Stew):
1. Ki markada tumatir, tattasai, attarugu da albasa.
2. Ki zuba man gyada a tukunya, ki É—an soya albasa kadan.
3. Ki zuba markadadden kayan miya, ki bari ya dahu sosai har ruwan tumatir ya bushe.
4. Ki saka curry, thyme, gishiri da maggi.
5. Ki saka ƙwai a ciki, ki bari su tafasa a miya na minti 5–7 domin su sha miya sosai.
SERVING:
Ki zuba shinkafa a faranti, sai ki zagaye da ƙwai a cikin miyar tumatir. Ki iya kawata da barkono kore a saman.
