By and embracing , we can accelerate progress and unlock a future where every woman and girl has the opportunity to thrive. Cheers to the women leading social change, breaking barriers, and shaping a more inclusive and equitable world.

We attended the PEACECORE II Reflective Structured Dialogue Training and Mentorship, organized by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and Neem Foundation, to strengthen dialogue between pastoralists and farmers.
The training equipped us with practical tools for conflict analysis, active listening, and inclusive facilitation. It also provided a safe platform to reflect on shared challenges, build trust among stakeholders, and explore sustainable, community-driven solutions. Through the mentorship component, we gained ongoing guidance to apply these dialogue approaches effectively in the communities we work with.
