PLACA provides grant support to the public sector organizations, NGOs,. FBOs, CBOs, CSOs, the organized private sector organizations, the organized labour and professional associations who are involved in the fight against HIV/AIDS for institutional, technical and managerial capacity building and for prevention, mitigation and control of HIV/AIDS.
