You must know that by replacing a new Alternator you must take note of this two things (A) Model of car and Engine capacity. (B) Load capacity which is seen to be measured by the Amperes and voltage. This is because some vehicles like Mercedes Benz 230, compressor, 4matic, G-wagon, Highlander, pathfinder, Hilux, and many more 12 volts or 24volts use vehicles will underate or underestimate the the charge capacity if not reached to its current consumption. 3. The preferred Alternator charging device Voltage/Amperes Capacity required to this car models are rated from a 90amp, 120amp, 200amp. on active mode the expected voltage is from 12volts->13.5volts->14.5voltsthis is to balance charge and usage to a well lasting solutions and also to save battery life.
