If this is you, then we need to talk.

You don't need a web or mobile app for your business.
Yes. You just may not.
If your business revolves around making recommendations based on input from the customer or potential customer, then what you need is a simpler and more accessible way to get the customer talking till you have enough information to recommend the right product or service.

One such tool is WhatsApp. But with an AI bot behind it. With the proper setup and training, your customers feel they are chatting with a real human, but with a touch of excellence.

Here is a perfect use case. Let's say you are an event planner and you have several packages, but there are a lot of variables that determine the right package for each client. Imagine having a WhatsApp number that your customers can chat with, AI asks all the relevant questions in real-time and based on their responses it instantly recommends the best event planning package, explains it and even goes ahead to drop some addon product options (which you provide) to spice up the event. All this while, the client does not need to leave his comfort zone: WhatsApp chat.

The norm is not always the best for your business. The next time you are talking to your consultant about your business, talk about the problem you have and allow the consultant to recommend the solutions that are currently relevant and specific to you.

Also, I am available a few times on certain days to discuss your technology project, check my available time and book a free 30-minute chat with me

If you are building a mobile app to be deployed on Play Store, make sure to add a compulsory 14 days for closed app testing to your project timeline.

Yes. That's the new drill for Android developers. To apply to publish your app to production, you must satisfy 3 conditions
- run a closed test of the app,
- at least 20 testers must be opted-in to your closed test,
- testers must have been opted-in for the last 14 days of the test.

This is compulsory except your developer account was opened before November 13, 2023.

If you don't understand what that means, let me explain. Because clients always want stuff done in the shortest possible time, testing is usually part of the development process as soon as developers begin to make commits. But this time, Google expects your app to be reasonably doing what you say it does by running a 14-day test track that confirms to them that your app is ready for the world.

So if you are currently building a mobile app and you will have to create a new Google developer account for it, then start looking for ways to tell your client that 14 days will likely be added to the project timeline.

If you would like to join the closed testing track for the app CT Hub will be launching for a client in a few days, drop TEST in the comments and I will send you more details in your DM. I will appreciate it.

I would also like to know if this information was useful to you.
