Last Year I Read an 8000 paged Book.

So, i stumbled upon this PDF book in the office's laptop last year, I think April or so. Since I started reading it, I couldn't stop, I was addicted..

My colleague at work said I wouldn't finish it, not like he was the reading type or something. I kept reading that book continuously even when my brother asked me to stop simply because he thought it was a waste of time.

The thing is, if you must go far in whatever it is that you're doing, you need OBSESSION.

Its good to have a profession, its good to have a job, its good to have a skill but are you obsessed.

See ehn, let me update you. The key to attract something you want is to become something that attracts what you want.

Its called the Law of Attraction, its states that "whatever you focus your energy on will come back to you".

If you're not obsessed about your business then forget about hitting a jackpot. If you're not obsessed with your passion, forget about being good.

Obsession attracts you to similarities in objectives and most times brings opportunities to you, however it takes obsession also to take the opportunity.

Confused abi? Lemme kuku explain.

If you're obsessed with Cooking or let's say Photography. Anything that relates to your interest will attract you to it, especially if its what you love or desire to become.

Hello? This is the reason why Graphic designers will pause to look at flyers and just enjoy the view, you won't understand why they're studying it, its their obsession and when a Graphic designer meets another Graphic designer, the conversation is different, why? Obsession.

They're obsessed with Graphic design so they get attracted to Courses, books, flyers and resources.

I'm obsessed with learning and personal development as well as Writing and Marketing so books grab my attention.

Obsession is the key to creating great stuff.

Funny enough because of obsession, I used to see flyers in my dream.

Because of Obsession I get mad ideas for my novels.

Because of Obsession I research

Obsession is what leads you to Success.

I define Success as the realization of a worthy Ideal.

Thing is, if you're not obsessed with what you do, no one will want to buy from you or even look at your offers twice.

If you're not ready to invest in your business no one will.

Obsession will make you make sacrifices towards your Interests.

Get obsessed in 2023, watch tutorials about your interest, read, find mentors, get courses and develop yourself.

The thing about this is, when you're obsessed with something, you can easily create a Market for it.

I'm Damn Serious!

You can create a Market with Obsession.

A place where people who are craving for your services continually gather just to get to buy what you're selling.

Why do you think football lovers can't seem to stop loving the game? Why do you think people love KFC or McDonald's? Why do you have something you're addicted to?

Its mostly because someone somewhere was OBSESSED.

It was said of Jesus, "All men Seek thee"

Because of Obsession, a Jesus, son of a carpenter, unknown, having no company, no connection, no help, rose from a nobody to a Master in 3 years.

Its Obsession.

OMG Obsession made him fast and pray, Obsession made him think God. Obsession took over him, he labored, he sweated, he was possessed by Obsession fueled by love for his people.

And then the Miracle.

Overflow. A large Market. 72 followers. Signs and wonders. Rhema.

The formula is still the same. Every great person that has gone far has an Obsession.

Do you know that Thomas Edison failed 1000 times to invent the light bulb? It was his 1001th time that he got it right. Why?

Obsession.

Get Obsessed. If you're not obsessed, you're not trying. If you're not obsessed, you're not growing.

Obsession is different from Consistency, its not enough to just keep doing something over and over, the thing is, it must be part of you, sorry, I mean it must consume you.

Ever heard anyone talk about Leo Messi and say "football de im body". That's because its his obsession, not just a profession that requires consistency but an Obsession that takes over him.

I've shown you the key to drawing men, it is Obsession because only when you've sown in yourself will people come to invest in you.

If you're not obsessed with your business or career, no one will be obsessed to value you.

Obsession is the reason we never stop.

These 3 Things Will Happen to You if you Must be Great!

Many people dream of Success and fantasize about doing great things and achieving certain heights. Sadly, they fail to understand that everything has consequences, even Success, has consequences.

The first thing that happens when you take the path that's less travelled, you make the choice to succeed, the first thing that happens is that you get misunderstood.

People who have known you for long will never get why you chose to change, why you chose to do something different, its all because they were used to your mediocre and average version, they enjoy things being ordinary so when you open your mouth to tell them this new improvement about opening a business, learning a skill or implementing an idea they tend to fight it.

Its primarily because they can't understand it and therefore they set a resisting mechanism in their minds that criticize what you're about to do and do all their best to stop you.

Don't hate them, its part of the process, its a test, if you must succeed you must endure being misunderstood for trying to fulfill purpose.

The Second thing that happens to you due to the transition that the training of success is that there'll be a Separation. Yes, a Separation.

As you transit, your Mindset changes, in the same way your desires change also. You'll lose interest in wasting your time, you'll have a Positive Mentality that will constantly accelerate towards growth and because of this change, there'll be a parting between your new self and your old self.

Don't be afraid of losing those colleagues, those hobbies, the fun. Now this doesn't mean you'll become anti social or some sort of boring-work-oriented ROBOT. It simply means there'll be a change in desire that will naturally attach you to something else that fits your new status.

As a result of this change, many will judge you as PROUD and arrogant, don't let it hurt you.

When I took the decision to become responsible, many people misunderstood. My Manner, my Composure, my Accent, my Image and Self Confidence intimidated them so much that the only way they could justify their low self worth was to conclude that I'm Proud.

They think so because you don't associate with them, because they assume that you're thinking of them and seeing yourself above their class, they think you think they're not your class (actually they're not)

Don't let their judgements stop you. Stop trying to please them. Stop pretending to be OK with them when you're not. Don't be afraid of being different.

The next thing that happens is a thirst for Knowledge and Growth which results in a strong Uniqueness characterized by self-discovery.

You'll start learning new stuff and getting good ideas, your self discovery will make you strive to develop yourself through knowledge and your thoughts will drastically transform into assets.

When this happens, Priority will be separated from Fun

Time will have Relevance

Value will be Valued and Chased

Eventually the True meaning of Life and Purpose becomes Evident.

Do This If You Don't Have Money to Buy Something you need.

I remember several months ago when I was super broke, I had no money, I was struggling and my life was a stressful one. Back then I was working and earning at that time I was paid in wages not salary.

So one evening after much work I was home scrolling through social media, I opened my favorite app WhatsApp and started viewing statuses.

Eventually I came across a post on my friend's status, it was the post that changed my life. It was a 3 day Free Graphic Design Class organized by my Coach Temple Richard.

I was excited to find out that I could make stunning designs with my smartphone so I quickly joined the class. Best decision ever right? But not yet.

After several lessons and stuff, the class was over and here comes the shock. Pay to join the Masterclass. Before then I had never paid for anything online, but trust was never my problem.

I was broke, I had no money, I had nothing but I was so determined to learn Graphic Design.

Let me tell you something. If you see something you need, don't just skip and say "Well, I don't have money". No, don't do that. When you do, you kill the interest and miss the opportunity of changing your life and transiting into another height in life.

So here's what I did. I reached out to my Coach and told him how passionate I was about the Course and I asked him to reserve a slot for me, I was being honest, I had no money but I had it in mind and I was willing to put in work to get that life changing course.

Time went on and I still had no money. So I did this.

I Borrowed.

Yes, I borrowed Money to Buy the Course!

Crazy right? You're free to call me Stupid.

That Course I bought has made me far too much money and brought potential connections my way much more than anything else.

I've helped people, given them directions and help them start their own business all because of a simple course I bought online.

Listen to me, online courses and skills are not scams, change your mindset about them. If you see something you like, something you're passionate about, go get it, don't waste time, don't procrastinate.

If I had waved of the thought with a silly excuse of not having money, I would have been broke today and asking for help from everyone around me. Not me!

I chose to change. I chose to pay the price to be better!
