Dear Serious Network Marketer:

Don't Confuse MARKETING with SALES...They're Little Twin Sisters With Strikingly Different Abilities.

The other day, I was out visiting a friend who has two little cute identical twin sisters.

The girls really look alike...

They look like water and water when you look at them.😁

Hmm!

But, the shocking thing is that...

They look like water and palm oil when they act.

So so different in behavior, that what makes one cry makes the other laugh🙉

Bringing this into your business...

Marketing and Sales make a perfect example.

They may look very much alike but they're strikingly different.

Whereas, marketing is how you create awareness for your products/services...

Sales is how you make people pull out the money and buy...it's called CLOSING.

Although they are woven around each other, you must be able to clearly separate them.

So you don't show marketing attitude when and where you're suppose to pull out sales arsenal.

Take this as rule of thumb:

MARKETING is all the activities you do to find leads.

While SALES is all activities you do to turn leads into paying customers.

When you're marketing, you spend: When you're selling, you earn.

Meanwhile, you must spend in order to earn:

No marketing, no awareness.

No awareness, no sales.

it's that simple.👌

As a network marketer, most of your SALES will be done on a one on one basis after you've marketed to a lot of people.

You remember the sales funnel?🤔

My 90days Letter To The New Network Marketer...Letter Day 2.

Dear Serious Network Marketer:

You Must Now Become Comfortable With Selling...Don't Be Fooled and Don't Be Forced.

You know, around 6pm last night, I came into the room where I had left my phone for some few seconds and met just one missed call.

it's my culture to always call back...since most of my businesses are done via the phone.

While I was trying to call, the same number called back.

"Hello...am I on to Michael?"

XYZ (I don't want to mention the name...you get bah?) gave me your number and we want to advertise...

So...we did the talk and bargain.

But something happened In-between the business discussion which will bring today's lesson home.

Amidst our plenty talk, she squeezed in something. With a sharp dropping tone...

She said:

"You're going to be talking to them and send me and my friend only those who are ready to buy right?"

In my mind, I was like for what na...
Are we running a charity organisation?😁

I said no and explained to her we're only going to help generate the leads while she figures out how to close the deals.

With her response, I realized she knew already. She just wanted to kick the waters to escape the night mare of talking to people who might end up rejecting her.

And I get where she's coming from.

Most network marketers are dead scared of selling because they were not equiped to sell.

Chai!

They want the egg💰.

But they hate the goose that lays the eggs.

Well, they already told you you don't need the goose to get the egg.

Your upline.

They told you you're not here to sell or market.

You're just here to inform people and fold your arms and hope and wait...and maybe fast and pray until your giant locates you.

Just like the National Anthem...

They read you the popular script to get you started...as e dey hot.

So, welcome.

From now on...

You must learn how to market and sell professionally.

Because as a starter, this is that one skill set 90% of your income will come from.

And the foundational skill upon which all of your company's training is based.

If you don't get this psychology right at this stage, you'll struggle with your business.

let me open all my mouth and say this...

YOU WILL NEVER SUCCEED IN THIS INDUSTRY IF YOU DON'T MASTER HOW TO MARKET AND SELL PROFESSIONALLY.
