I found a Hack.

I wanted to process my sweet potato for the flour and i sliced it using a knife , if you have done this before you will notice at a stage your arms will hurt a bit . I kept at it and in the process an idea dropped. This vegetable peeler came to mind. I always utilise it to peel, not as a sweet potato slicer, I tried it and it worked perfectly. Less stress , less drying time for the chips .
