I paid this lady to supply some items.
These items were paid for in August 2025 to arrive within 2-3months according to her.

The year ended and I didn't receive my item. If I ask her when it will arrive, she will say she doesn't know.
Since this year I have been having issues with her concerning the things I paid for.
She insulted me, blocked in on tiktok, Facebook and removed me from her group because I left a comment on her post asking for my items.
I chat with her on WhatsApp She reads and keeps mute or rain insults on me.

I had to contact a lawyer who sent her a massage and the next day she sent colours I didn't order. Meanwhile people already paid for these items and I have been pleading with them since today.
After 6-7 months of waiting.

She never mentioned that the colours I ordered were not available.
I am not the only one who she has done this to.
She is selfish, arrõgant, mannerless and she has zero customer service. She treats people without respect.
If you want to do business with her you should be ready for trouble because she doesn't care about how you feel.

She doesn't keep customers. I don't even think she is an importer as she claims and if she is, she is a very horrible person.
I have never met someone like this before.

I said let me drop my review because she will never drop this one in her group for her customers to see.
