THIS IS HOW TO MAKE BUNS AT HOME

Note: You should get the standard measuring cups and measuring spoons

INGREDIENTS:

Flour: 2 cups

Baking powder: ½ tablespoons

Nutmeg: ⅛ teaspoon

Powdered Milk flavour: ¼ tablespoon

Sugar: 4-5 tablespoon

Butter: 1tablespoon

Egg: 1 small size (optional)

Water: 1cup (if you are using a type of flour that cannot hold much water, avoid pouring it at once)

PROCEDURE:

🥘 Sieve your flour into a clean bowl

🥘 Add baking powder, nutmeg, milk flavour and sugar. Then mix together

🥘 Add butter and mix with cleans hand. Use both hands to ensure proper mixing

🥘 Break your egg in another bowl, whisk for a while and pour into your flour mixture

🥘 Add 1 cup of water (cold water preferably).

🥘 Set your oil to medium heat and scoop it out based on the size you want. Drop it gently into the oil one by one; deep fry (don't use a shallow pan or little oil)

🥘 Fry till golden brown while you keep turning for even frying

🥘 Take scoop it out from the oil and place in an iron strainer of paper towel

Enjoy with a bottle of chilled Zobo
