Four bullet was fried, Andrew, poki and
the remaining fell down instantly.
Johnbull was very surprise he was about
raising his head when he saw Kelly
running to where he was tired.
“Kelly how did you know I was here, when
did you come back to Nigeria??” jb asked
with his last strength
“I will explain everything to you but now
you need medical attention”
Kelly untied him, supported him as they
made away from the bush. In to time
they got to Kelly’s Nissan Titan and
drove off.
ON THE WAY TO THE HOSPITAL ::::
“hope the injuries are not much”
“just take me to the hospital, am on fire”
“OK OK ”
ZEROUS HOSPITAL ::::
Johnbull was rushed into the hospital
where he was taken care of, as time went
on the hospital could not continue. Few
days later he was transfered to the
general hospital where he was taken care
of by a specialist and hospitalized for a
month.
SENATORS RESIDENCE::::
ITS been over two weeks the senator and
his wife came back from the US after the
sudden missing of Johnbull. Agent koffi
and his boys could not trace nor find
Andrew talk less of Johnbull, they end up
torturing innocent people.
NATASHA’s room:;:
Mrs Johnson went to check on her
daughter before going to bed,
immediately she entered the room she
saw Natasha in tears….
“I have told you to stop crying, the agent
team will find him”
“mum!! Its over a month now still they
are not capable of finding him,i pray he
is not dead”
“God forbid he is not, I will tell your dad
to bring in another agent into the matter”
“mum agent koffi and his team are the
best in town, they couldn’t find him, how
will another agent do”
“its ok we are trying our best, your dad
has already threatened Andrew’s father
who said he does not know the way
about of his wayward son”
“I suggest we start praying, I believe
praying could solve the problem”
“you went to a catholic school, you
should be able to pray so tomorrow you
are leading us in prayers”

Mrs Johnson was about leaving the room
when she asked question..
“Natasha are you pregnant”
“I wish I was,”
Mrs Johnson made a sign of
disappointment and left the room.

SOFT ROCK MUSIC
“wow Kelly is this where you live???”
asked Johnbull as he came down from
the vehicle. He has been discharged, they
were coming back from the hospital.
“yea you are welcome to my home”
replied kelly
“wow this is nice. You are now a big girl”
“you can say that again”
“cool”
“let’s go inside, I prepared a wonderful
meal for you” said kelly as she and
Johnbull went into the house with the
bag of clothes she bought for Johnbull
when he was hospitalised.
“wow you are a real big girl”
“Johnbull so you haven’t change”
“why will I change when am not buhari”
“lol funny boy”
“but wait kelly why are you not leaving
with your parents”
“well I don’t feel like”
“rich girl for your mind ooo”
“seems you want to talk, don’t worry we
will do that after the meal”
“no problems”
In less than ten minutes the dinning was
set with fried rice, salad, chicken(it was
not cut into parts) and pepper soup with
all sort of wine.
“ok let’s go to the dinning” said Kelly.
They went to the dinning and Johnbull
was dumb founded looking in surprise.
“are you alright? ” asked Kelly
“so you prepare all this for me”
“sure, I knew the doctor will discharged
you today so I prepared all this for you, I
could have also pounded yam but there
was no time”
“thank you very much, you have done a
lot”
After twenty minutes they were done
eating while they went outside to
discuss….
“kelly are you still working with the
american military??”
“sure”
“so why did you come back to Nigeria??”
“I was given three months holiday, so
that why I came to Nigeria to checkout
my newly built house and also have fun
in Nigeria”
“wow that reminds me how did you find
me in the bush, I mean how did you know
I was kidnapped”
“I don’t know I guess it was a
coincidence,”

FLASH BACK
Kelly talking to her self;:::
I wish there was a cool training ground
in Nigeria, I really need to do some
training. Well let me check out if there is
anywhere like that in Asaba.
She wore here black singlet, elastic black
leggings and boot with her two pistol
gun and a sniper.
I was driving through a narrow bush path
search for an empty space where I can do
some combative training since it was
already part of me in the military school.
I got to a place after a long trekking
leading to a kind of hill when I saw an
old an abandoned warehouse. I was
really happy because I found a deserted
place I could train.
I made my way upstairs to the warehouse
not until I started hearing strange sounds
down the were house. I peeped through
the window and found out it was
kidnappers, I looked carefully and noticed
that the person kidnapped was you.
At first I was shocked and surprised, I
brought my phone and called your
number but it was switched off. At this
point I took cover, I jumped down the
warehouse from the window when I saw
they tying you on a tree.
I wanted to blow out their skull but
unfortunately I forgot my sniper in the
car. I sneaked through the bush path
close to where you were tied and brought
out my pistol. I think the boss was
making a count to shoot you after giving
you some words, he was on the last
count about to shoot when I shot all of
them. I untied you and took you to the
hospital.

“wow that was very kind, wise and good
of you”
“so you were kidnapped because of a
girl?”
“yea my wife to be Natasha”
“hmmm I heard what he told you
meanwhile what caused the matter”
“it was the head of those kidnappers
Andrew, he was once NATASHA’s
boyfriend after which he broke her heart
back in secondary school, now he is back
from the united state to claim her”
“that’s unfair but I believe it happened
for a reason”
“reason how??”
“see Johnbull I still love you, why don’t
we get married and leave the country to
the US, I promise to give you job and a
better life”
“what!!! See kelly if you don’t know, I
have proposed to this girl and I was
planning on the traditional marriage
before I was kidnapped”
“and so you can still leave her”
“see that girl is the only daughter of
senator Johnson, if I brake her heart am
doomed for life, secondly you said you
will give me a better life I have been
enjoying better life before I was
kidnapped”
“ok ok fine I understand but I want you in
my life at least make me your second
wife”
“second what??? That one is not in my
dairy”
“are you such that girl loves you or you
are forcing yourself on her because if she
and her family loves you by now they
must have found you”
“kelly am sorry to say but try to reason I
was kidnapped in Lagos and brought to
delta how is it possible to find me so
easily, assuming this mother fu***rs did
all this operations in Lagos they would
have rescued me a long time”
“but I did in delta”
“ok thanks I appreciate but plz can I
leave by tomorrow because I know by
now she must have fallen sick due to
phobia”
“(tears dropping from her eyes) its been
five years now I haven’t cry but you are
making me cry no problem you are free
to go” said kelly as she cleaned her eyes
and headed inside.
“(Johnbull signed) God help me”
Later that evening Johnbull went to
apologize to Kelly in her room and
hmmm something happened they ended
up making love…..
A week later kelly escorted Johnbull to
the airport where he boarded a flight to
Lagos….
Finally he was at the senators compound,
at first when the securities sighted him
they all ran away shouting.
“ghost ghost ghost”
The guards all came out
“who is the ghost”
“oga Johnbull”
“will you all shut up, he is not a ghost,
he was missing now he is back” said the
head of guards as he ran inside to inform
the senator…
“Amadi why are you running like that”
asked Mrs Johnson
“ma sir Johnbull is back”
“what!! Are you serious” asked the
senator
“Natasha Natasha Natasha your
husband is back” shouted Mrs Johnson
“where is he” asked Natasha who almost
fell from the step while coming
downstairs
“in the security post”
“Jesus is this real” shouted Natasha as
she ran out of the house.

FROM THE LAST SCENE
Andrew was driven out of the compound
while the securities gave him a caution
never to come back. Inside the compound
was Natasha and the frightened looking
johnbull, Natasha held his hand while
they went inside.
“who is that guy??” asked jb
“that’s Andrew the guy I told you about
when I was still in high school”
“I thought you broke up with him, why is
he back”
“jb forget that guy, my dad will handle
him”
“oh your dad that is out of the country,
didn’t you hear him well he is coming
back for me that means my life is as
stake”
“you are too fearful, Andrew can not hurt
you beside he is a weakling”
“weakling?? That Andrew you knew then
is another Andrew now can’t you see his
chest”
“fine you can go out with a guard”

I went to my room to think about the
incident that just happened.
Johnbull talking to himself:::
God why am I a victim of trouble, I am
planning to get married now this fool has
strike from nowhere. What do I do now,
am ready to do anything to have Natasha

NEXT MORNING
I entered my Honda pilot that was newly
given to me by the senator, drove out of
the compound heading to my work place.
Along Ikeja shopping mall I noticed
through the aid of my inner mirror that a
white Lexus has been following me for a
long time. I parked by the roadside
waiting for the car to pass me by but it
didn’t, suddenly I saw a dark guy with a
rough curl coming out of the car heading
to where I was.
The guy knocked on my window and I
quickly recognized that it was Andrew my
heart popped immediately.
“good morning how may I help”.
Johnbull muttered
“nice question how may you help me”
said Andrew ” very simple just leave
Natasha alone”
“mister man listen to me, you have no
business with Natasha you broke up with
her long time ago, you are a betrayal, you
should be ashamed of your self ” shouted
johnbull
“calm down tell me the truth you don’t
love Natasha, you are just after her dads
wealth”
“how there you say such blasphemy, God
knows that I love Natasha with all my
life”
“you can keep that to yourself but I want
to tell you something I give you two days
I mean 48 hours since they say you are
so scientific 172, 800 seconds to stay off

Natasha” shouted jb as he started his car
and zoomed off”

muttered Andrew as he drove away.
Throughout the day I was very careful and
watched my ways and steps.
NINE DAYS LATER:::
Andrew was no where to be found, I
continued with my Normal life thinking
everything was alright not knowing that
my life was very much at stake. It all
happened on a stressful work day, some
white men came for a project in our
company hindering all staff with high
rank from going home in the normal time.

Quabby oil and gas company
“you look so weak and tired” said jb
“nice guess today is so stressful” replied

“are you going straight home” asked jb
“no to the church” replied Anita as they
headed to the car park
“lol I hope they compensate us for the
lateness”
“hmmm I pray”

“mr johnbull as you can see am kinda
tired good night see you tomorrow” Anita
said as she entered her Nissan murano
“good night, sweet dreams, extend my
greeting to your hubby”

Johnbull entered his Honda pilot and
drove out of the vicinity. Four twenty
meters out of his work place his vehicle
suddenly stopped.
“not now”
He came down from the vehicle and
noticed that two of his tires were flat.
“pim” he opened his booth through the
remote and was about to get a jack when
he saw three men approaching him, the
street lights were reflecting on them two
were very muscular.
“johnbull its nice meeting you again”
“Andrew you again??”
“yea its me”
“so you are the one responsible for the
break down of my ride”
“(laughing in a wicked manner) boys
teach this man how to stay away from
someone’s property”
Before I could move back
“gbesh, gbesh, gbesh, gboo, gboo” I
received several punches from the
muscular men, they dealt with me
mercilessly.
“(on the floor coughing out blood) plz
don’t kill me pls I will stay away from
Natasha” said jb whose mouth was
already swollen.
“good boy, poki give him a finishing
kick”
“gboooo” poki gave johnbull a superkick
“if you disobey my instructions my next
mission will be worst than this. Guys
let’s go”
Johnbull was groaning in pain on the
floor, his shirt was stained with blood
from his body.
An hour later

Natasha called johnbull for about fifty
times in his two phones but there was no
respond.
2:31am
Natasha second phone was ringing which
she picked at once because she was still
awake and worried about johnbull.
“jb do you want to give me a heart
attack”
“sorry for disturbing you, the owner of
this phone is in the hospital right now, I
saw him lying helplessly, badly beaten on
the road on my way back from work
maybe he was attacked by rubbers but
pls come to Erudite hills hospital now I
need to go home”
“thank you very much sir where is the
hospital??”
“along egbeda road”
“I will be there immediately”
Natasha ran outside the compound
immediately, entered her mum’s Honda
accord and horned for the securities to
open.
“madam where are you going to by this
time??” asked one of the guards
“its none of your business just tell them
to open the gate”
“pls if the senators gets to heard about
this, the security,and guards department
are doomed”
“fine jb is in the hospital I need to be
there immediately”
“am sorry pls let Mark and I come with
you”
“get in quickly”
“mark let’s go”
She drove out of the compound with
great speed heading straight to the
hospital. 40 minute’s later
ERUDITE HILLS HOSPITAL ::::::
Natasha and her guards entered the
hospital running into a nurse
“what is the problem” asked the nurse.
“am looking for a man that was rushed in
some hours ago”
“ohh the man that was attacked ”
“exactly”
“follow me”
The nurse took them to the room where
johnbull was behold some part of his
body was bandaged.
“jb what happened to you??”
“thank God you are here are you his
wife??”
“wife to be”
“the doctor is demanding for 80
thousands naira”
“thank you very much sir for your
kindness”
“no problems I will be on my way now”
said the man as he left the room
“madam do not disturb him, he needs
rest now” said a nurse as she adjusted
the drip.
Few hours later the sun was already out,
johnbull was also awake but in pains.
“sweetheart thank God you are awake
doctor, mike plz call the doctor” said
Natasha
“what happened to you were you
attack??” asked Natasha as she touched
John bull’s face
“don’t touch me get out, I nearly lost my
life because of you” shouted jb
“how do you mean??”
“I need to end this relationship, you can
marry Andrew let me have peace” jb said
with his last strength
“you mean Andrew did this to you??”
Immediately the doctor walked in..
“good morning, are you related to him”
“doctor am his wife to be”
“interesting, see me in my office we have
something very important to discuss”
“how important is it sir?”
