*KGDM VISITS ONGOING PROJECTS IN ILORIN METROPOLIS, COMMENDS GOV. ABDULRAZAQ FOR PRIORITIZING KWARA'S INFRASTRUCTURE*

The Kwara Grassroots Development Movement (KGDM) recently visited the construction site of the Unity Flyover in Ilorin, where they conducted an interview with engineers overseeing the project, Engineer Atef and Engineer John. The movement, led by State Coordinator Hon. S. S. Olayinka and State Secretary Hon. Salaudeen Erubu, commended the project's substantial progress and acknowledged the commitment of the Kwara State Government in delivering on key infrastructural projects aimed at fostering growth and accessibility.

During the site inspection, the engineers disclosed that the flyover construction is currently over 80% complete and is scheduled for completion by December 2024. KGDM expressed their appreciation for the quality of work and the pace of the project, underscoring the impact it will have on improving transportation and connectivity within Ilorin.

The movement lauded the efforts of the Kwara State Ministry of Works and Transportation, led by Hon. Commissioner Engineer Abdulquawiy Olododo, for his diligent oversight and commitment to ensuring the project aligns with international standards. KGDM highlighted that the Ministry’s approach exemplifies proactive governance that aligns with the needs and aspirations of the people of Kwara State.

Additionally, KGDM extended their gratitude to the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, for fulfilling his campaign promises and undertaking transformative projects that enhance the well-being of Kwarans. The group noted that the electorate is proud of Governor AbdulRazaq’s dedication to infrastructural development, which continues to reflect his vision for a more prosperous and interconnected Kwara.
