TEAM
Our team is headed by Olubukola Olami Fatogbe. Bukky as she is fondly called holds a Bsc/Ed Business-Administration degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye Ogun-State. She started her career in 2009 in the real estate sector and has worked with several renowned property, building and construction companies within and outside of Lagos .She is known to have contributed tramendiously to the various organisation she has worked with and also has a wealth of experience in sales and business development in the real estate sector. She has acquired several enterpenuerial development course and real estate courses. She currently runs a programmes with Nigeria Institute of Estate Valuers and Surveyors . She is the Managing Partner of Versdi Nigeria Limited alongside other partners. Olatokunbo Fatogbe holds an Economics degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and had a Banking experience before moving to England in 2006 to study for a Master’s degree In Business Administration
He has worked with several notable blue chip companies among which is Westfield UK where his role helped pioneer the setting up of the biggest shopping centre in Europe. Ola is passionate about the standard customer service in the Nigerian society. He strongly believes that delivering Exceptional Customer Service is more than just doing things in certain way and process. He is the Project Manager of Versdi Nigeria Limited. Barrister Tobi Ogunley is a practicing solicitor and advocate with an LLB as well as a Business Management degree . His legal experience in corporate legal matters puts him in the role to handle all contracts, trade mark and patent issues pertaining to Versdi Nigeria Limited. Barrister as he is fondly called adds value and strengthens our service through his professionalism and strides to working etiquette. Femi Afolobi is a Bsc. Archi graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University Ile –Ife Osun-State. He has a board experience both internationally and locally and has also handled prominent project both at home and aboard. His exposure has aided the company with the needed guidance on all project and business development initiatives. He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Architect
