It was issued a certificate of Incorporation of the Incorporated Trustees by the Corporate Affairs Commission, Federal Republic of Nigeria on the 22nd September, 2005 with Engr. Akin Laguda, Alhaji Ishaq Ambali, Alhaji Ishaq Musa, Alhaji Rafi Tunde Olagunju, Dr. Tunde Davies, Mr. Folorunso Olaleye and Alhaji Rasheed Sufianu as duly appointed registered Trustees.
