Hence, people believe that

Regular practicing = Perfection ❌️

Listen to me

I will tell you the truth...

As a professional trainer who has helped over 500 candidates pass their exam, I can tell you that this is a LIE.

But why? Simply because you will NEVER get better by just practicing alone.

Instead:

Practicing + Feedback = PERFECTION ✅️

So in all you're doing in preparation for your upcoming exam, make sure that there is a plan to get regular feedback at best, from an EXPERT!

You may have been seeing this from a wrong perspective...

A few days ago, I had to turn my journal to the pages where I penned down a couple of goals that I wanted to achieve ASAP.

After a deep stare and a good brainstorming session, I came to this conclusion...
..that all goals are divided into two categories:

1. Goals that you cannot determine the outcome, but you can do things that will draw you closer to your goals, which in turn will make your goal attainment much feasible.

2. Goals that you are in complete control of the outcome.

For instance...

If I want to make more sales in my business, I'll have to

A. Generate more leads

B. Nurture and follow them up until I turn them into customers.

But when it comes to weight loss or body building...

I know that there is a sequence of activities that I'll have to go consistently to guarantee this result.

For example:

1. You know you are entirely responsible for the type and amount of food you give to your body.

2. You'll have to exercise quite often if you want to achieve your fitness goals.

Right?

Now these two things should be a pointer for you with regards to the goals you've set for yourself this year.

Mind you, you only have 4 months left...
