I was once a teacher, still am😊. Now I'm talking about being a class teacher in a nursery section in a school

I remember back then, all teachers in the school look forward to Open Day.

Its usually day set by the school for parents/guardian come in to check on their kids progress in school. They tell you their concerns and appreciate the teachers effort on their kids.

Before they leave, they give teachers cash gift or other gifts e.g. water flasks, fruits, mugs etc.

We usually feel appreciated. it motivates us to put in our best to teach the kids.

How to show your appreciation at Open Day

1. Make plans to Show up. Both your kids and their teachers would be happy

2. Make effort to check on your kids progress in school.
Now is the best time to ask where they need your assistance as parents.

3. Thank the teachers for the effort they make, encourage them with your words. If you have any issues with the way they do their job, thank them first, then make your complaints.

4. Before you leave, give them gifts🎁 . It could be cash, flasks, air- time, mugs, hair extensions or anything your heart moves you too

At the next open day, appreciate our teachers in words and deed
