🙏🇳🇬 The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Nigeria’s security agencies for the successful rescue of the abducted pupils, teachers, and other victims held captive for 56 days in Oyo State.

While celebrating the rescue, CAN also called for continued support for the victims, urging governments, churches, and humanitarian organisations to provide counselling, medical care, and emotional healing.

According to CAN President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, the operation demonstrated what can be achieved through professionalism, credible intelligence, and commitment to protecting innocent lives.

The rescue has renewed conversations about school safety, security, and the importance of caring for survivors after traumatic experiences.

🇳🇬 Bishop David Oyedepo has urged Nigerians, especially Christians, to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) ahead of the 2027 general elections.
