Stop Asking for Study Abroad Country Recommendations Without Doing This First
I have received countless messages asking:
"Which country is best for me?"
"Should I choose Canada, UK, Ireland or Australia?"
"Recommend a country for me."
The truth is this:
No responsible consultant can recommend a country without first understanding YOU.
Before asking for a country recommendation, answer these questions:
1. What is your highest qualification?
2. What course do you want to study?
3. What is your budget?
4. Do you intend to relocate alone or with family?
5. What is your long-term goal after graduation?
The reason many people get poor recommendations is because they are asking the wrong question.
The question is not:
"Which country is best?"
The real question is:
"Which country is best for MY profile, goals and budget?"
A country that is perfect for one person may be completely wrong for another.
This is why country recommendations should never be based on popularity, social media trends or your friend's experience.
It should be based on strategy.
Before choosing a country, understand yourself first.
Before any country recommendation can be made, your goals, qualifications, budget and long-term plans need to be assessed.
That is exactly what we do in Week 1 of the Japa Smart Cohort.
