IT'S TOO LATE TO GIVE UP!!!

At a time when you have a lot of things running through your mind, then you feel the burden is too much and the best for you is to give up. Listen to Matthew 11:28

Even though you have bills to settle and no one is responding to help you is not enough reason to give up because that disappointment is part of the package of your glory.

Glory does not come alone, it comes with a lot of packages and sometimes these packages can be overwhelming. The truth is you have to endure the cross in order to wear the CROWN.

Perhaps you need to understand that you have gone too far to give up; IF you give up now, what will be your gain for all the past efforts? How will you make yourself proud? What would be your testimony to encourage others?

Remember, the whole world is waiting for the MANIFESTATION of the sons of God. You must be part of this manifestation. Your family members are looking up to you. Your parents are relying on you to shine in order to help your siblings, your spouse and children are earnestly waiting for you to RISE, even your friends are looking up to you, destinies are tied to your rising. If you give up, nations will collapse.

David emerged because it was an error for him to see an uncircumcised Philistines defy the people of God, this is the same responsibility at your disposal. How can you give up when you are the BREAKTHROUGH the world is waiting for.

After all, the crown of victory has been laid up for you to carry and wear (1 John 4:4). This is the crown that symbolizes your victory, tenacity and sunshine.

My dear friend, the final whistle is about to be blown in your FAVOUR, receive grace to push more. AMEN

Leadership is not only a physical responsibility but also a spiritual one because the followers and leaders were both formed from a SPIRITUAL power (Gen 2:7).

As a leader, you wonder why your efforts are not making impacts as it should; it can be because your strategies have only been limited to the physical measures to achieve your goals and objectives.

The scripture emphasized how one kind of heart produced a great harvest while the other three could not because of various life constraints related to their mindsets and environment (Luke 8:5-8).

Therefore, in providing a better approach to achieve your God given goals and visions, it's necessary to be STRATEGIC in your leadership. This is beyond the physical but it's a strategy that first recognizes the place of God to lead.

King Solomon asked God to equip him with an understanding heart (1 Kings 3:9-13) in order to LEAD His people rightly or else he may ruin his kingdom.

Over the weekend, I shared the mind of God on STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP among Youth Leaders of RCCG Oyo 11 YAYA , a kind of leadership that LEADS and INITIATES a change process.
