Hon Gideon Tochukwu Eze Higher Education Scholarship Foundation is a non-governmental, non-religious, non-political and not-for-profit organisation ostensibly founded on the Spirit of assisting youths of Udenu attain Higher Education.

The very core philosophy and spirit behind this programme is Hon Gideon Tochukwu Eze's strong believe that every youth deserves equal educational opportunity regardless the economic challenges besetting the human society and the structure of the haves and have not. Consequently, and having fully convinced himself that everything is possible, he had set out through this foundation to extend these opportunities to the less privileged and needy students of Udenu Local Government Area.

GOV. UGWUANYI: SIX YEARS OF UNIQUE GOVERNANCE IN ENUGU STATE

It has been indeed six years of unique style of leadership in Enugu State under the captainship of His Excellency Governor Ifeanyi Lawrence Ugwuanyi.
Across the state and beyond, opinion is the same in testimony of the Governor's disarming style. But it is not surprising by any means. It is established that all things come in it's own unique packages. One is therefore tempted to ask if we know the names of two flowers with the same fragrance or two vegetables with the same amount and types of nutrients? The answer of course is that we don’t because all species of plants or creatures are unique, with their own specialties. If God has given us different specific specialties, there is a reason. And in this reason lays the rationale of our lives too.
We have our own ways, dreams, and passions that drive us to chase a certain goal in life.

Governor Ugwuanyi is unique, so it flows that his approach to leading Enugu State is unique. His approach to governance stems from his personality.
As a down to earth democrat, his leadership style is best described as participative leadership, which is a leadership style characterized by the leader’s choice to consult and involve the wider publics in the decision making process.

Ugwuanyi government's flair for good governance, touching lives at the grassroots and opening up rural areas, Hon Ugwu-Oju's administration has in the past few months taken various developmental projects across communities in the council area.
