As we celebrate world metal health I thought some tips might come in handy.

To be honest I have been a victim of depression and other metal health hazards but thankfully I have been able to pull out and continue living... I know of people who have died because they just couldn't handle most of it but thankfully most of us are still surviving

would post some igtv content soon to talk or about this matter but till then here are some tips to help you stabilize ur mental health.
