People like me don’t just write for you—we write for ourselves too.

I read my writings as much as you do and draw inspiration and lessons from them each time.

I write what I want to remind myself of; the truth I do not wish to forget; the mistakes I do not want to repeat; the steps I sincerely wish to take; the path I should surely follow, and the experiences I must constantly remember.

So, don’t look at someone and say he or she is always writing as if they know everything.

The difference between you and them is that they have decided to think deeper about everything and document everything they have learned, the ones they are still learning, and the ones they want to learn—so that it can serve as a diary for others and a reminder for themselves.
