Intro: Every father has a blessing to offer regardless of his status or lifestyle.
One thing is sure what's yours nobody will take it. Every father has the capacity to release blessings to his children.
Life is governed by spirit. It's only children who are spiritually connected to their father get hold of his blessings
No matter what life brings to you, don't look like your problem and don't give up just yet.

Father's Blessings means the greatest favor donated or given to an expecting child.

Types of fathers
1. Biological father
2. Spiritual father. Eph 1:3

What to do to maintain Father's Blessings
1. Stay committed. Gen 17:6-10
2. Stay and protect what your father have Gen 19:31-36

TEXT: PROVERBS 22:6
Prov.22.6 - Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

INTRO: Every Child is a Gift from God, but a gift without a solid Foundation can be wasted
The Education, and guidance, care are the layers of blocks that you give when the foundation is created already

TWO TYPE OF FOUNDATION
1. Right Foundation
2. Faulty Foundation

** The Foundation of a Child can be best described as the Spiritual, Moral, Emotional and Intellectual training given in the early years that shapes who the child becomes.

IF YOUR CHILD START MISBEHAVING TWO THINGS ARE INVOLVE
1. You have failed as a parent OR
2. Demon has taken over

IMPORTANCE OF FOUNDATION
Just as there is no house without a proper foundation, a child without a spiritual foundation will struggle in life

WHAT DOES THE FOUNDATION IN GLORY MEANS
Raising children who understands that they were created for God's glory
1. Fear of the lord
2. The word of God
3. A life of prayer
4. Righteous and holy living
Living a life that shine for Christ, impact the generation

HOW TO LAY THIS FOUNDATION
1. Teach God's Word daily (Deut. 6:6-9)
2. Pray without season with your children
3. Nurture their gift

KEYNOTE:
- children are heritage of God, so keep an eye on every child

REFERENCE
Ps.127.3 -5 Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.

Deut.6.6 - 9 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes. And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.
