Atiku Abubakar running mate is yet to be settled, he is currently searching for a younger and popular person from the south, mainly from the south- south/soth east region. (Watch Duke/Ameachi)

Mr. Peter Obi is almost certain to run with Lamido, a very closed ally of fmr, President Oluseun Obasanjo, who happens to be Obi's political benefactor.

Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is closed to getting a final deal with Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso

What the numbers would look like heading for each parties..

Any party with Atiku would be eying 70% from the north, those Buhari's core votes/25% votes from the south..

Any party with Peter Obi automatically enjoys 40% votes across the country, note; across party lines..

Asiwaju and the APC with power of incumbency sits on a 45% support base across the nation..

So, the 2027 presidential election will have the north as the battle ground.

The only certain path to victory for any other candidates outside the apc is the a sincere coalition of all opposition parties.

My personal opinion on each candidate and their chances at the polls will be made know by December.
