Calabar Carnival 2023 Coming to the South?

Calabar Carnival, also known as Africa's Biggest Street Party, is an annual festival that showcases the rich cultural heritage and diversity of Nigeria and the continent. The carnival, which was started in 2004 by former governor Donald Duke, attracts Thousands of tourists and participants from over 25 countries every December.

He has also initiated some carnival-related activities, such as the construction of better roads, the decoration of the city including the south, and the sponsorship of carnival bands.
