While preparing our Monday Leadership piece a pertinent thought crossed through my mind and I had to pause a few seconds to really look at it.

For some of us that are not aware, the Course work we launched at our 6th Anniversary is one of the biggest projects that took almost a year to put that up, and I know you'll think the CEO champion it.

The idea came very strong and intentional immediately after our 5th Anniversary last year, that the TIF VISION should have a BLUEPRINT that communicates what we believe and represent in line with the vision a continental MINDSET that if any African goes through this course and apply, even without our watch, such in any location should be the Full Life we advocate.

I communicated with the WORKFORCE team first before the team leaders and the PROGRAM AND CURRICULUM module was given that project under the leadership of Mr. Wisdom Sunday and Mr. Godwin Uket
We were all assigned in the module to write on different topics well organized and we did, that was just barely 20 percent of the work needed to be done.

*Mr Godwin Ansegiz Uket* took this burden personally and gave us a high value Course work that serves as a BLUEPRINT to the TIF Movement in Africa.
A lot of brainstorming was involved, working round the clock even till the week of the anniversary the work was still in the engine room and was delivered safely on the 24th April 2026.

This is true Leadership Sir and I take today to still thank and appreciate you for all you've done for this movement.
